About Me
I am currently completing a PsyD in Counselling Psychology at McGill University. As part of my doctoral training, I conduct research on patient service usage and outcomes in a trauma-focused therapy program, with the aim of understanding how different trauma symptoms may be related to patient engagement and progress in the program.
At Psychologia, I work with both individuals and couples, and have experience supporting clients with a variety of chellenges, including interpersonal and relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety and sleep difficulties. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from different modalities (e.g., ACT, CBT, EFT) to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. I am also receiving specialized training in couples and sex therapy, and practice under the supervision of Julie Larouche, M.Ps., Dr. Katherine Millette, and Dr. Thomas Khullar.
