About Me
I am a doctoral candidate in Counselling Psychology at McGill University, and I hold a Master of Science in Psychiatry. I am currently completing my pre-doctoral internship at Psychologia Clinic under the supervision of Dr. Jean-François Jodouin and Dr. Katherine Milette, where I am receiving specialized training in sex and couple therapy.

Previously, I have been trained at the McGill University Health Center and several private clinics to support clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, work and other life stressors, and trauma. I welcome my clients with warmth, empathy, and support, and work with them collaboratively on their therapy goals. My clinical approach integrates multiple therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy and third wave approaches, humanistic therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.
