About Me

I am a clinical psychologist and member of the OPQ (Order of Psychologists of Quebec). I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relational issues, as well as substance use concerns and other compulsive behaviors. I aim to foster a warm, collaborative, and secure environment conducive for clients’ self-exploration and actualization of their goals. My psychotherapeutic approach is integrative, in which I draw from orientations including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational-Interviewing (MI) and psychodynamic therapy. I tailor my approach to best meet my clients’ needs.
