About Me
I am currently completing a Ph.D. in Psychology at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Clinically, I have worked with clients facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, relational, emotional, or identity difficulties, as well as symptoms of depression and anxiety. My most recent internship was with individuals from sexual and gender diversity communities. At Clinique Psychologia, I will be working with couples and individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including those related to sexuality.
My clinical approach is integrative: I tailor interventions to each client’s needs by drawing on various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, existential/humanistic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy.

My research interests mainly focus on the resilience of children who have been victims of sexual abuse, as well as the environmental protective factors that foster their well-being.
I am supervised by psychologists Julie Larouche and Katherine Milette.
