About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). I work with adults in both individual and couple therapy. Together, we explore issues relating to anxiety and low mood, stress and burnout, trauma and painful past experiences, relationship and communication difficulties, concerns about sexual functioning, issues around identity and low self-esteem, and patterns of self-criticism or perfectionism that are hard to shift.

In therapy, my style is warm, authentic, and compassionate. I aim to be someone you can be honest with, who will be honest with you in return. In our work, I will respect your pace and limits, while also gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. My approach is integrative and evidence-based. Depending on your needs, I draw from CBT, ACT, and DBT as well as emotion-focused, compassion-focused, psychodynamic, and interpersonal approaches.

In practice, this means we might:

  • Build concrete tools for managing anxiety, strong emotions, and difficult conversations.

  • Explore how past experiences and relationships are showing up in your life now.

  • Pay attention to how you speak to yourself, and experiment with more flexible and compassionate ways of relating to your own experience.

  • Slow down and make sense of individual and interpersonal cycles you get caught in, especially within couples, to make room for new ways of connecting and resolving conflict.
