About Me
I am a licensed counsellor with the OCCOQ and am in the process of obtaining my Psychotherapy permit with the l’ordre des psychologues du Quebec (OPQ). I hold a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Concordia University.
I have expertise in treating depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, family issues,
relationship challenges, emotional-regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, early life trauma, PTSD, life stress, anger management, psychological well-being, and workplace issues.
I have extensive internship training at the Argyle Institute in Psychodynamic Therapy. I have additional training focused on Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Gestalt Therapy and Integrative Therapy. My psychotherapeutic approach is integrative and I use blended techniques to address each individual’s unique situation. I am currently undergoing more extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

I am very knowledgeable about multiculturalism, encompassing Asian, Latin American, Afro-American and Caribbean, European, Indigenous, and Arabic cultures. In addition to English and French, I also speak Brazilian Portuguese. I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents (14+) in a humanistic context by
