I am a psychologist, in private practice, and licensed by l’ordre des psychologues du Québec (O.P.Q.). I have taught part-time in the Department of Special Care Counseling at Vanier College, in the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology at McGill University, and in the Department of Applied Human Science at Concordia University. Presently, I focus mainly on my private practice.

While the large majority of my clientele are children, adolescents and adults who are impacted by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (either directly or through a family member), I also treat individuals suffering from depression, stress, anxiety and relationship problems, as well as children who are learning to cope with the effects of their parent’s divorce.

Although my clients benefit from an eclectic approach to therapy, I rely mainly on a cognitive behavioral approach which is an insight-focused therapy that emphasizes recognizing and changing negative thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. The following list, although not exhaustive, gives an indication of some of the interventions/services, in addition to traditional psychotherapy, that I can provide.
